Quirky » ability. Guts MOODSWINGS. Sometimes shifts from friendly and affectionate to pushy and aggressive. Otherwise, he's pretty laid back most of the time, much like Jaime. Surprisingly enough, after Jaime stopped running away and freaking out, they bonded rather quickly, though sometimes it's hard to get Heracross to listen to everything he says because he's so eager to battle. They're getting along much better now and he's more open to listening to Jaime these days, though his eagerness is still very much there. |

glamazongirl for route_29.[Aw yiss. Somewhere along the line, Jaime discovered that his armor was finally working again. Complete with the crabby voice that came with it. To take advantage of it, he's been walking and/or flying around with it on all day, perhaps to keep an eye out for anyone else...and to maybe show off to his Heracross a bit because, hey! They match.
Speaking of, if anyone happens to be outside Violet City, or just has their Pokegear on, they might notice someone, wearing some unusual blue armor, suddenly letting a Heracross out of a Pokeball, followed by a Turtwig good measure...both who look kind of confused, then hostile in a matter of seconds.]
Woah. Don't worry guys. It's--wait, no calm down!
[Things seemed to be okay until they saw what he looked like. Springing the armor on them like that was probably a really bad idea, as they're seconds away from attacking, which then provokes his armor to activate one of its weapons.]
No--wait!! [...] Don't vaporize them! They're friends! Friends!
[Just as he's trying to deactivate his armor, who's currently still shouting at him and trying to attack, Turtwig tackles him, followed by Heracross.]
Stop! Guys, it's me!! I'm just wearing--
[This goes on several minutes, and the feed even loses focus a couple of times before Jaime's able to revert back to his normal self and calm his Pokemon down. Secret identity what is that?]
Okay. Yeah. Never doing that again. [A beat.] No, it would not have been preferable to use the sonic lasers!

[Unknown to Jaime, the device actually is on, but nothing can be seen. Only his voice can be heard, and it's pretty easy to tell he's rather confused, maybe even a little panicked. Moments later, the video finally clicks on, revealing a dark-haired young man with a confused look that matches his voice.]
Finally! Okay, is anybody there? [A pause. He debates on whether or not he should call the team out, considering anybody could be out there...like the Light or something. Who knows? On top of that, his scarab's not working, so he's sure things could get bad fast. Still couldn't hurt to try!]

[The camera's suddenly really shaky, but the view finally shifts to a Heracross moving toward the camera. It looks friendly enough and hasn't tried attacking him since he's been here. Said monster beetle actually looks kind of cool, but that's not the point here. To Jaime, cool-looking or not, beetles shouldn't be that big, and he doesn’t have his gear to fight it off, so he’s really terrified and his next step is to bolt again. Never mind that it's actually his new partner or anything since he was the one who opened the pokeball.]
